Dr Tahlee graduated from The University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Veterinary Science (Honours) in 2025. Growing up in Brisbane, she was surrounded by animals from a young age, sparking a lifelong passion for creatures of all kinds, including the furry, feathered, and scaly.

This interest continued to grow throughout her university training, and she is excited to begin her veterinary career in exotic animal medicine with The Unusual Pet Vets.

Hobbies and Interests

Outside of work, Tahlee enjoys swimming, painting, camping, and doing scent work training with her dog.

Owned Pets

Tahlee is currently the proud parent of two children’s pythons, Artemis and Orion, a border collie mix, Ollie, and a cat, Pablo.

Excellent service, caring and professional advice, and very good handling for our pet bird, on our first visit today at The Unusual Pet Vets, Jindalee. Very helpful, and they also provided further reading for us via email after our appointment regarding a few things we asked about.
