Vet Nurse Connor
Bachelors in wildlife conservation and biology, Completing Cert IV in Veterinary Nursing
Connor has been interested in the weird and wonderful from a young age. He always desired to work with animals that many others held apprehension for. As a uni student, Connor threw himself into any and all volunteering projects he could, from beetle identification labs to migratory shorebird research. It was at this time of during his life that he gained a lot of experience with a wide range of animals, but specifically those of the avian variety. After graduating, Connor spent a couple of years travelling around the world working in wildlife rescue and rehabilitation projects, working predominately with monkeys, bears, and big cats. Upon returning to Australia Connor enrolled in veterinary nursing and worked in a general practice clinic for several years before joining the incredible team at the UPV!
