We Are Open As Normal, With New Precaution Methods In Place

We are open as normal. However, our clinics have introduced additional precautions in effort to keep our staff and clients safe.

As precautionary measures increase, and social distancing becomes imperative, we are putting the health and safety of our staff and clients first. We will continue to provide optimal veterinary care to your pets, with minimal human contact, as a method to try to keep everyone safe.

Important COVID-19 Update

Changes To Appointment Arrivals

Upon arrival at the clinic, we ask that you please phone us and follow further instruction. A team member will greet you and collect your pet from outside the building.

Your veterinarian will then perform the majority of the consultation over the phone while he or she examines your pet inside the clinic. Rest assured that during this time we will treat your pet as if they are our own with the upmost love and affection.

Your Pet's Safety

Given these new measures, it is extremely important that your pet is transported to the clinic in a secure travel cage or a safe box.

Please call the clinic for any medication pick up, food, treat or toy purchases.

Our Veterinary Teams

We will be splitting into multiple teams to allow us to minimise the risk of all staff being exposed at one time. This gives us the best chance of remaining open throughout these unprecedented circumstances.

These precautions will hopefully enable us to continue providing medical treatment to pets. If you have any questions or concerns, please phone us directly.

Payment

At this time, we ask that no cash payments be made. A portable eftpos machine will be provided.
