Thank you so much for booking your pet in with us.
Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes before your consultation time to allow time for any paperwork that needs to be completed. Please also ensure that your pet is securely contained in a carrier or box for their trip to see us.
If this is your first time visiting us please take a photo of your pet’s living area or enclosure as well as their diet if you are able to. This is not always needed but does often help as some set ups and diets can be hard to explain. Also if your concern about your pet is a behaviour that they are doing intermittently then it is often helpful if you can take a short video of the behaviour on your phone, that way if they don’t do it during their visit we can still see it. Please also complete the relevant questionnaire by clicking on the relevant species link below if this is your pet’s first time visiting us. The questionnaire helps us to have some important information about your pet before you arrive for your consultation so we can ensure that we cover all bases:
