Niki is a dedicated vet nurse with a passion for caring for all creatures—wildlife, exotics, and your everyday pets. With a background in Conservation Biology and hands-on experience in top clinics and zoos around Australia, she has developed skills in everything from emergency care to surgery and rehabilitation. Niki is passionate about education and giving animals the best chance at a healthy life. She loves connecting with both clients and their furry (or feathered or scaly) family members.

Hobbies and Interests

Outside of the clinic, you’ll find Niki chasing her toddler around, off camping or at Pilates.

Owned Pets

While she has always had pets filling her home, Niki currently has an empty nest, other than one very loved guppy named Pea.

Excellent service, caring and professional advice, and very good handling for our pet bird, on our first visit today at The Unusual Pet Vets, Jindalee. Very helpful, and they also provided further reading for us via email after our appointment regarding a few things we asked about.
