Dr Jacob Freilikh

Dr Jacob is a passionate and experienced veterinarian with several years of hands-on practice, primarily working with exotic animals. Known for his leadership and steady presence in clinic settings, he brings a calm, thoughtful approach to every animal he treats, whether it’s a lizard, parrot, or pocket pet. With a particular love for reptiles, his favourite snake is the woma python, and he also has a keen interest in birds, especially the striking and intelligent hyacinth macaw.
Hobbies and Interests
Outside of work, Dr Jacob is a devoted dad to his two-year-old daughter and loves spending time with his wife and their rescue dog, Callie. A lifelong sports fan, he proudly supports Manchester United, the Sydney Roosters, and the Sydney Swans, and is always up for a match-day chat. He also enjoys gaming, especially anything Pokémon-related, and never misses the chance to cook his famous chicken soup on a Friday night. And on the rare occasion he finds a quiet moment, he’ll whip up a cheeky crème brûlée, just for the fun of it.
Owned Pets
Dr Jacob has a rescue dog named Callie, who is a Bull Arab cross. She is 5 years old and loves a cuddle.
