Christina is a dedicated Registered and Accredited Veterinary Nurse committed to animal wellbeing and fostering harmony between humans and animals. She combines her expertise in animal welfare, emergency care, compassionate triage, and client communication to deliver exceptional care to companion animals and native wildlife. She is passionate about providing expert medical care to all animals, no matter how unusual, and approaches every case with professionalism, curiosity, and compassion.
With 13 years of dedicated experience in wildlife care and over six years as a Registered Veterinary Nurse, Christina brings extensive clinical knowledge and hands-on expertise to her work. She is also one of the few RVNs to have completed the Veterinary Foundations of Infection Prevention and Control course, demonstrating her commitment to maintaining the highest standards of clinical safety and best practice.
In addition to her clinical qualifications, Christina is a certified Trainer and Assessor. She has a strong focus on policies, procedures, education, and professional development, and is committed to building capable, confident teams. As a certified Mental Health First Aid Officer, she places great importance on psychological safety in the workplace, striving to cultivate positive, stable environments while fostering a supportive, safe, and fun-loving culture for colleagues and clients alike.
Hobbies and Interests
Beyond the professional clinic setting, her passion extends to native wildlife conservation. She actively nurses and rehabilitates Australia’s wildlife both personally at home and through trusted volunteer work, reflecting her enduring dedication to the care and protection of the country’s unique fauna.

Christina’s current companions include Remi, a white-backed Australian Magpie from South Australia (permitted) and Dusty, the Galah.
