Trainee Vet Nurse Jasmyne (She/Her)
She started by working at Australia Zoo and worked there for four years whilst also volunteering as a wildlife carer. She started vet nursing in 2019 but took a break after completing her Certificate 3 to continue working at the Zoo and studying for an Animal Ecology degree at the University. In between then and now, she volunteered at Eumundi Wildlife Centre and continued wildlife caring. She resumed Vet Nursing in 2023 and is half way through her Certificate 4 whilst still completing a degree in Animal Ecology.
Hobbies and Interests
Outside of her work life, Jasmyne’s enjoys a diverse range of activities, including wildlife photography, surfing, skating, diving, and skydiving.
Owned Pets
Jasmyne does not currently own any pets, she want’s to ensure that when she welcomes animals into her home, she has the time to give them all the attention that they need. She is however surrounded by her parents dogs and the wildlife have made a home for in her yard.
